I hope you always love your Bella Nova Gems Jewelry, but sometimes we change our minds, or a gift is not appreciated.... It may be the wrong size, color, or become damaged in shipping, come apart, break, or any other reason you would want to return or exchange your purchase...If you have come to this page for any of these reasons, please accept my apologies in advance for the mishap, and read on....
Return Policy Is As Follows:
Bella Nova Gems offers a 10 day money back guarantee on all products except custom orders.
"One of A kind" custom orders are non-refundable.
After 10 days,and up to 30 days you may exchange an item purchased for credit towards another purchase.
Returned item must arrive within 10 days of the purchase for full refund.

Contact as soon as possible upon the decision to make a return, as there is an expiration date on returns.
Bella Nova will refund the full cost of the item EXCLUDING shipping and insurance charges.
For your protection, items mailed back to Bella Nova must be insured for the purchase price of the item being shipped.
Customer is responsible for shipping and insurance cost.
Refunds will be made using the method of payment used in the original purchase. Please note that it may take up to two weeks for a return to be processed to your credit card.
Items of Jewelry must be returned in the same condition that it was purchased.
Please inspect your piece upon arrival.
PLEASE NOTE: Invoice and/or your receipt and original box must accompany the return. Jewelry must be unworn, and unaltered. Jewelry that has been noticeably worn, (scratched, bent, broken, parts of piece, stones missing or damaged) or re-sized will not be accepted for return or exchange. Bella Nova reserves the right to determine if an item is defective, or becomes defective under normal wearing conditions within the constrains of the 30-day return policy, after 30 days, Bella Nova is not responsible for the cost to replace or repair the item, should you wish your item replaced or repaired, you as the customer are responsible for shipping and insurance costs to return/exchange the item.
Please understand that Bella Nova Jewelry is individually handcrafted, therefore slight differences in construction of reproduceable pieces may be apparent in some items. One of a kind, and/or hand-forged pieces have a character of their own, therefore a hammer mark, or nick in the metal used to crate the piece is considered to be part of the overall design, contributes to its unique being, and will not be accepted as a reason for return.
If it is determined within the 30-day period that the item is defective due to a fabrication flaw
Bella Nova Gems will repair or replace the item free of charge.
In the event that the components of the item, or the item itself is no longer available,
Bella Nova Gems will accept an exchange agreement.
