1st chakra (the root): Located at the base of the spine, chakra one forms our

effectiveness, spontaneity, and non-dominating power.

4th chakra: Located at the heart center and referred to as such as it is in the middle in a
system of seven. Here is where energy changes from the lower chakras, and becomes more
refined and etheric. It is related to the emotion of deep spiritual love as opposed to sexual love,
